I am the Site Manager for the
Bonanza Creek LTER program. Within
the LTER, I am responsible for two primary research areas, Bonanza
Creek Experimental Forest (BCEF) and Caribou/Poker Creeks Research
Watershed (CPCRW). I am responsible for the core LTER data collection.
My responsibilities include coordinating the field measurements,
collaborating with LTER Senior Investigators and visiting scientists,
and making these data available for general use. In addition, I
created and maintain the
LTER ESRI internet map server.
One project that I am currently working on is a wetlands manipulation
project in which we will simulate wetting and drying. BNZ is providing
the logistical support for this project. The principle investigators
for this project are Dr. Merrit Turetsky,
Dr. Jennifer Harden,
and Dr. A. David McGuire).
